Licensed since 2018, Sadequa has built her business around providing straightforward guidance, strong communication, and hands-on support. Whether she’s helping a first-time buyer understand the homebuying process, preparing a property for the market, assisting a landlord with securing a tenant, or helping an investor identify their next opportunity, her goal is to make sure her clients understand their options and feel confident in their decisions.
Through her brand, Sadequa Sells Houses, she serves clients throughout Prince George’s, Montgomery, Anne Arundel, Baltimore and surrounding Maryland communities, as well as Washington, D.C. Her experience includes first-time homebuyers, residential sales, relocation, investment properties, condos, and rental transactions.
Outside of real estate, Sadequa is passionate about staying active and bringing people together. She is the founder of Come Get Your Bike On, a DMV cycling community she started in 2020 to encourage people to get outside, ride, and connect with others in the community.
